boji's Complete Terms & Conditions

01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the boji platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member"). By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on boji, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms must be read alongside boji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which form an integral part of this document.

boji operates as a safe and reliable platform, adhering to SSL encryption and fair play principles. All our services are run with the needs of users in Bangladesh in mind.

02 Account Registration

A valid personal account is required to use any service on boji. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Account Obligations

• Each individual may operate only one account. Managing multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and identity document details provided during registration must be real and verifiable.
• Keeping your password and login details confidential is your sole responsibility. This information must not be shared with any third party.
• If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify [email protected] immediately.
• boji may request necessary documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.

boji reserves the right to permanently close any account where false information has been provided and to cancel any pending withdrawals.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use boji's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• You must reside in or be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• You are participating on this platform voluntarily and entirely of your own accord.
• You are not a professional player or a close family member of a boji employee.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following approved methods may be used to deposit funds on boji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Funds sent via any other method will not be accepted and cannot be guaranteed for return.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from the registered individual's own account only.
• Deposits on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method as the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed or placed on hold.
• Additional information may be requested to review unusual withdrawal requests.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

boji offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms:

Welcome Bonus

• New members are eligible to receive up to a 200% bonus of ৳15,000 on their first deposit.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000. Or ৳16,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳31,000.
• The maximum bonus cap is ৳15,000 — no bonus above this amount will be awarded.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

Wagering Requirements

• A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 total must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• All bets placed using the bonus count toward wagering.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus cannot be combined with another bonus at the same time, unless explicitly stated.
• boji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• The account must be fully verified in order to receive a bonus.
• We reserve the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account if bonus abuse is suspected.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

boji offers casino games, slots, live games, and various sports betting options including cricket. Separate detailed rules apply to each game category. The general rules are as follows:

• Once a bet has been finalized, it cannot be changed.
• Incomplete bets caused by technical errors will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.
• boji's system data will be considered final in determining the outcome of any game.
• In sports betting, if there is a dispute over the result of any event, the decision of the relevant sports authority will be final.
• A general example of betting markets in the sports section: you can bet on match winner, total runs, or wicket markets in a Bangladesh vs India match — these are examples only.

Fair Play Policy

boji believes in fair play. If any member attempts to gain an advantage through manipulation, software exploitation, or any other dishonest method, it will be investigated immediately and appropriate action will be taken.

10 Limitation of Liability

The boji platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim liability for the following:

• Internet connection disruptions or device failures caused by factors outside your control.
• Service interruptions due to unavoidable technical errors or system maintenance.
• Loss caused by errors in third-party game provider software.
• Financial loss resulting from your own betting decisions.

However, we will remain liable for verifiable losses directly caused by our own negligence. Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

boji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Identity verification being incomplete or unsuccessful.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity being found.
• If proof of being underage is found.
• Due to prolonged inactivity (as per the applicable policy).

Voluntary account closure

If you wish to close your account, send a request to [email protected]. All valid withdrawable funds will be paid out before closure.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

boji reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will:

• Display the updated date on the website.
• Attempt to notify registered members via email or platform notification.
• Provide a reasonable notice period for important changes.

If you continue using the platform after updated terms and conditions are published, you will be considered to have accepted the changes. Therefore, it is advised to visit this page regularly.
